Cancellation & Return Policy

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by saicollection.in and accept sai collection ’s decision regarding the return of products purchased from it.

How to return the products purchased

In case you do not like the product that you had ordered, intent to return with the reason for return should be intimated via email (info@saicollection.in) or call (+91 98841 84240) within 24 hours of receipt of item.

  • Where possible, we will pick the return from your door step at a mutually agreed date and time (within 7 days of receiving the products) as indicated by our customer care team.
  • Else, you can send back the item you have purchased to us in its original condition and tags with the same package within 7 days of receiving the products. We will not be in a position to accept any returns after 7 days of receiving the shipment.

Returns should be addressed to our return warehouse: No.78, Shop No:2/29, 1st & 2nd floor, Fathima Plaza, Pondy Bazzar, T.Nagar, Chennai- 600017  

  • Our returns team will give a confirmation on acceptance of return by way of e-mail, call or SMS within a period of 2 days of the returned product reaching our returns office. In cases where we are not in a position to accept the returns, the customer will be intimated of the same and the product will be sent back to the customer without any refunds.


Why we may not accept few returns

  • Returns would not be accepted for custom made/stitched clothing, including readymade stitched Sarees or Sarees stitched with custom blouse and Jewels. However, we would accept returns if there is any faults from our end.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the product is free of damages when received from our delivery team. Any complaint with regards to damage or stains or stitching or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for a digital picture of the same in order to review the same.
  • We do Quality Check from our side prior to the product being dispatched to you. Hence,
  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
  • Products damaged during trial will not be accepted for returns
  • Damages in addition to visible damages includes any indication of the product having been used such as (use of deodorant/perfume, sweat odour, etc,.)
  • We do not accept any returns after 7 days of receiving the shipment.
  • Product not returned in original condition with tags removed from dress is not accepted for return. Presence of original tags is a must to accept returns.


Refund for accepted Returns

  • At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.
  • Deductions on the purchased value will include:
  • Custom duties, taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.
  • Convenience charge of Rs.100 if the refund is other than Saicollection.in  credits which you can redeem against future purchases.
  • Shipping cost would be deducted for refund, for products delivered using free shipping offer.


Mode of return

  • Customers can opt for Saicollection.in  credits which you can redeem against future purchases equivalent to the refund value if they have paid by cash. If they opt for cash refund, refund will be done by way of issue of cheque or account transfer where applicable.
  • For orders placed using payment gateway, refunds would be issued only as Saicollection.in  credit and in such cases there would not be any deduction of convenience cost.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Saicollection.in Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include:

  • Limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies.
  • Errors in product or pricing information
  • Problems identified by the credit and fraud avoidance department.
  • We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
  • If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in the same mode as payment made.
  • Products once dispatched cannot be cancelled except when an approval is given by our support team (info@saicollection.in)


Cancellation by YOU 

Cancellation before order is dispatched:

  • You can cancel the order within 24 hours of your purchase by visiting your "My Account" section and cancelling a COD/ pending order or writing to us at info@saicollection.in for your prepaid order.
  • If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in the same mode as payment made.
  • Products once dispatched cannot be cancelled except when an approval is given by our support team (info@saicollection.in)

 

Cancellation within 24 hours of purchase:

  • Clauses under ‘Cancellation before order is dispatched’ will override the following cancellation terms in case of conflict.
  • You can cancel the order within 24 hours of your purchase by visiting your "My Account" section and cancelling a COD/ pending order or writing to us at info@saicollection.in for your prepaid order.
  • If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in the same mode as payment made.

 

Cancellation after 24 Hours is over:

  • Clauses under ‘Cancellation before order is dispatched’ will override the following cancellation terms in case of conflict.
  • While we may accept cancellation after 24 hours, the refunds will be in the form of Saicollection.in  credits which you can redeem against future purchases which you can redeem against future purchases.

 

Cancellation in Cash On Delivery (COD) Cases:

  • We appreciate if you inform us in advance in case you do not wish to accept the COD order, so that we do not dispatch the order and save on the courier cost and the effort.
  • Please note that repeated refusal of COD orders might lead to barring of COD facility without any intimation. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Saicollection.in and accept Saicollection.in decision regarding the cancellation.
